For more than 15 years, Tuomas has advised publicly listed companies in domestic and international capital markets transactions, including ten IPOs, various share and convertible loan offerings, reverse splits, and de-listings. He acts as legal counsel in assignments related to capital markets, crowd funding, private equity and venture capital, M&A, as well as debt financing, and provides general business law and regulatory assistance to a large number of companies operating inter alia in the fields of financing, clean and medical technology, food production, and the machinery industry. He is an experienced chairman in general meetings of publicly listed and privately held companies.
Tuomas is currently the secretary of the Board in a First North listed company and a Board member in a number of companies, including Biolan Oy and Springvest Oyj. Besides LL.M., Tuomas holds also M.Sc. (Econ.) degree.
