Insightful technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading and supporting growth not only in big global EU and US listed corporates but also in SME and start-up companies.
Olli has successfully led number of M&A and divestments projects (including post-merger integrations, deal sizes up to 40B$+), business process transformations and enterprise risk management programs.
Olli has been working in companies like Nokia, Elektrobit, ST-Ericsson and NXP Semiconductors. Last 10 years Olli oversaw NXP Semiconductors’ (www.nxp.com, revenue 14B$, headcount 36 000) global information technology and information security management as Chief Information Officer. During that time company grew from 5B$ to 14B$ providing deep insights into global electronics, software and service businesses.
Olli is currently a Board member in Talenom Oyj. Olli also holds M.Sc. (Computer Science) degree and has done multiple studies in IMD Business School (Switzerland) including Digitalization and Board programs.
Last 20 years Olli has lived with family in Germany, Switzerland, France and Netherlands.
