Mikko has over 25 years of experience in various tasks in business development and information management. He has facilitated IT and Digitalization strategies and roadmaps for units in Ministry of Internal Affairs and for Hospital Districts. He has acted as CIO, CTO and CEO in web publishing and in healthcare software company. Recently he has also helped in creating Business Plans and in raising funding for major renewable energy projects.
Above all, he wants to use his accumulated experience, knowledge and expertise to renew businesses through transformational strategies, digitalization and knowledge-based management. Developing leadership and operations of expert organizations by using lean and agile methodologies is also close to his heart.
