Elina is an experienced business developer and a specialist in evolving expert work, with over 30 years of experience in leadership, sales and full P&L responsibility. She brings a strong background in resourcing businesses and is actively involved in developing the interim executive market and independent expert ecosystem. Elina supports organisations in identifying the right capabilities and operating models in a rapidly changing environment.
In her role, Elina works with organisations undergoing strategic transformation, helping to define talent needs and build flexible resourcing models. She enables clients to make effective use of independent experts and interim executives, while developing ways of working that support agility and sustainable growth.
Elina has international experience from working, living and studying in France, Russia and the United States. She holds an MBA from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris and a BBA from Schiller International University, Paris. She also has board experience from growth companies and has further strengthened her governance expertise through the Boardman Grow programme.
