Jouni Vuorinen started HTGP as CFO – strengthening our financial leadership on the road to IPO

Jouni joined HTGP from Adecco, where he worked as CFO for Finland. He brings a broad background in financial leadership, strategy and commercial business, with experience across international and listed companies as well as high-growth environments.

As CFO, Jouni has overall responsibility for financial management across the Group and its companies. He will also develop shared ways of working that meet the needs of a growing group. A central part of the role is HTGP’s Road to IPO: strengthening financial structures, reporting, forecasting and management to the standard required of a listed company.

For Jouni, the appeal of HTGP lies in helping build a fast-growing company and shape its next chapter. He finds the shared journey towards listing particularly motivating.

“The growth so far has been impressive, the people around me are highly capable, and the company has an ambitious goal ahead. My background in finance, strategy and commercial work is a strong fit for this role, and I’m now getting to work on developing financial management across the whole Group to support that growth,”

Jouni lives in Espoo and works mainly from HTGP’s Helsinki office, in close collaboration with all Group companies.
