HTGP strengthens its international growth advisory by appointing Harri Rehnberg as Growth Advisor. He brings over 30 years of experience from Nordic and U.S. capital markets.

Harri brings strong international investor insight to HTGP, along with a deep understanding of how to improve the visibility and attractiveness of Finnish small and mid-cap listed companies among global investors.

Harri Rehnberg is an experienced investment banking professional who has worked with Nordic listed companies for over 30 years. He began his career as an equity analyst in Helsinki and continued in Stockholm as an analyst and investment strategist, building a strong foundation in Nordic capital markets.

In 1998, Harri moved to New York, where he spent 18 years on Wall Street in a Senior Vice President role at SEB Enskilda and Carnegie, focusing on Nordic equities. He was responsible for marketing Nordic equities, IPOs, and equity offerings to U.S. and Canadian institutional investors. His client base included leading global asset managers, particularly in Boston, New York, and Toronto.

Over his career, Rehnberg has been involved in more than 80 Nordic IPOs and has organized over a thousand U.S. investor roadshows. Through this work, he has played a key role in directing international investment capital to the Nordics.

After returning to Finland in 2016, Harri worked at Trevian Real Estate Fund, where he was responsible for raising capital from international institutional investors. Since then, his work has focused on international investors and growth financing, particularly in the medtech, technology, and defense and dual-use sectors.

In his current role as an advisor and Head of HRS Investment Advisors, Harri supports Finnish and U.S. companies in capital market transactions. He leverages his extensive international investor network and decades of experience in executing successful international funding rounds and attracting foreign institutional investors to Nordic transactions.

His core expertise includes advising listed companies on strategy, strengthening investor appeal, and preparing for IPOs (IPO readiness). He also has extensive experience in board work and advisory.
