Sofia is the CEO and Founder of Notarec, bringing over 10 years of specialised experience in international IT, technology, and management headhunting, with a particular focus on Finland. She has helped hundreds of organisations to fill complex positions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape. Sofia’s strength lies in her swift identification of her clients’ distinct advantages in the ever-competitive talent market.
In her role, Sofia not only leads in headhunting for IT and C-level positions but also actively supports her clients in developing effective recruitment strategies and talent attraction methods. Her contributions extend to improving recruitment skills and advancing the tools used, ensuring her clients are well-equipped to meet their talent acquisition needs.
Sofia holds MSc in International Human Resource Management (University of Manchester), a BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and is an Approved Board Member (HHJ degree).
