Maria has been responsible for accounting and business controlling for 15+ years and after that as continued as CFO for a big company for a couple of years. Maria has been actively involved in several M&A cases as well as the transformations following the acquisitions. Maria has also taken part in a successful IPO-project as well as a de-listing from the stock exchange. During the last years Maria has been involved in transforming her previous employer´s processes to a part of a big international group.
Maria has an Master of Science in Economics.
