Mika Hanni is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate banking, financial management, and advisory. He holds degrees in both Economics (M.Sc.) and Arts (M.A.), as well as the Certified Board Member (HHJ) qualification.
With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Mika has financed industrial investments, working capital needs, and business acquisitions across a wide range of industries. He spent two decades in senior roles at a leading commercial bank and its finance company before co-founding and leading a small financing company as its CEO, developing the business from the ground up.
At HTGP, Mika contributes his expertise as a financial management professional, focusing particularly on CFO services and financing solutions. He also serves on the boards of several companies, where his insights into financial strategy, capital structure, and business development are highly valued.
Mika is known for his analytical mindset and pragmatic approach. He brings clarity to complex financial situations and helps businesses make well-founded decisions that support long-term growth and stability.
