Johanna Laurinen joins HTGP as Growth Advisor to strengthen customer experience and service design capabilities

Johanna Laurinen is a strategic service designer who helps growth companies build meaningful and impactful customer experiences. At the core of her work are design thinking and methodologies, innovation practices, and service business development.

Johanna holds a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology and is also a Certified Board Member (HHJ). She worked at OP Pohjola Group from 2007 to 2019 as a Business Development Manager and as an Adviser to the President and Group Executive Chairman.

For the past six years, she has worked as an independent strategic designer, collaborating with clients across a wide range of industries, including software development, fashion, health and wellbeing, sports, tourism, architecture, real estate, as well as cities and municipalities.

Through strategic service design, companies can, for example, clarify their customer experience strategy, design new business innovations, or redefine existing business models. At the heart of service design is a human-centered approach focusing on the user and customer experience, service quality and the desired transformation.

Johanna’s core expertise combines customer experience, strategic service design, service innovation, and the commercialization of innovation to drive business growth.
