HTGP Group Strengthens Its Service Portfolio – New Company Mint Palvelut Oy Established Through Business Acquisition

 

Growth company HTGP Group has made a strategic acquisition by purchasing the business operations of SijoittajaPRO Corporate Finance. As a result, a new company has been established: Mint Palvelut Oy, which will provide financial and funding advisory services to growth companies.

Mint Palvelut complements HTGP Group’s comprehensive growth service offering, which includes strategic advisory, digital sales, marketing, artificial intelligence, recruitment, communications, and M&A and funding solutions for companies aiming for international growth.

HTGP Group employs over 60 experts, and its revenue is expected to exceed six million euros in 2025. The group has grown more than 100% annually in recent years, and its goal is to be listed on the stock exchange by 2028.

A Strategic Partner for SME Financing

Mint Palvelut, created through the business acquisition, will be responsible for developing and delivering HTGP Group’s financial and funding services. The goal is to build a strong strategic partner for Finnish small and medium-sized companies that are pursuing growth and need financial expertise to support their journey.

SijoittajaPRO Corporate Finance, the target of the acquisition, is a long-established and recognized expert in growth financing in Finland. Over the years, the company has arranged more than 122 million euros in funding for domestic SMEs and growth companies. Mint Palvelut will begin operations at the end of 2025.

HTGP Group sees the establishment of Mint Palvelut as a key part of its growth strategy and as a step toward its planned stock exchange listing.
