Christian’s network and experience strengthen HTGP’s business capabilities and bring a new perspective to Finland’s Swedish-speaking coastal regions, where many export-driven and growth-oriented companies operate.

He combines strategic vision with practical execution in a way that enables the rapid development and scaling of new businesses in global markets. His expertise spans the entire business ecosystem – from customer insight and operational leadership to the commercialization of innovation.

Christian brings experience from startups and growth companies as well as a strong background in leading business operations in major technology companies such as HP and Tieto. His career spans both domestic and international markets and includes building new business models, bringing them to market and supporting growth companies in their development.

Currently, Christian serves as Founder and CEO of MindbyteAI, where he leads the development of AI-assisted software solutions for business use.
