Cost-Effective Growth with Google Ads

The need to reorganize the Google Ads account

The collaboration between Digizer and Coronaria Kuntoutus (rehabilitation services) began in January 2023. In the beginning the client was running Google Ads campaigns on a wide scale with a large budget, but the account was fragmented and poorly organized. As a result, advertising was inefficient, negatively affecting both visibility and costs. The cost per conversion was relatively high, and the number of conversions was lower than what the available market search volumes suggested was possible. Overall, advertising lacked cost-effectiveness, and the state of the large account left clear room for improvement.

Actions taken to improve the cost-effectiveness of Google marketing

The first focus was to enhance the cost-efficiency of the Google Ads account. Ineffective and expensive search terms were eliminated, ad creatives were refreshed, the large account structure was reorganized, and AI usage was applied in a more controlled way. Tracking and conversion points were also reviewed to ensure the advertising data was accurate and could be fully utilized in optimization and decision-making. The goal was to make the most out of the budget.

A key difference between Digizer and other digital agencies is its deep understanding of its customers. Comprehensive kick-off meetings were held with the client, covering all services and diving into the client’s business, market situation, and their customers’ needs.

On the client’s side, several marketing experts were involved in the process, and plans for managing and developing the Google Ads account were drawn up together. Success was strongly built on close and transparent collaboration with the client, which enabled — and still does — long-term development of the Google Ads account.

Better and cheaper conversions as a result of collaboration

Since Digizer started working on the account, the number of conversions has multiplied. The conversion rate has increased more than threefold, translating directly into more efficient budget use and better return on ad spend. At the same time, the cost per conversion has dropped significantly — to less than one-fifth of the previous level. This cost-efficiency has allowed controlled scaling of advertising and improved business predictability. Growth and cost-effectiveness are still continuing, and a new conversion record will be set this year. The average cost per conversion has also continued to decline, already falling below four euros this year.

This success is the result of excellent collaboration with the client, which ensured smooth project progress and alignment on shared goals.
