Welcome to HTGP Academy. This time, the focus is on people leadership, capability and recruitment in a world of work being reshaped by AI.

At this breakfast session, experts from Notarec and Springvest will discuss what bringing AI into everyday work demands of leadership, how shifting skills needs are changing recruitment, and how to lead people through uncertainty.

You will leave with practical perspectives on the role people leadership plays in successful AI integration. The morning will also cover how AI is reshaping hiring needs, and how leaders can build trust while the ground is shifting.
