HTGP’s network welcomes a new Growth Advisor, Panu Oksman

Panu Oksman is an experienced professional specialising in business development, with a strong background in leading complex transformation initiatives.

Panu is motivated by building new solutions, achieving targets, and guiding projects towards shared success. As a programme leader, Panu has been involved in major transformations across industries, helping organisations improve efficiency and performance.

Panu’s strengths include the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, manage complex entities, and communicate clearly. He has extensive experience in developing and transforming large-scale business and IT/OT system environments. His background spans multiple industries, with particular experience in the energy sector and the local government sector.

Data-driven management and data governance are at the core of his expertise.

Panu has led large-scale system projects, development initiatives in electricity and energy systems, as well as data and information management transformations. In addition, he has developed IT/OT solutions supporting business operations. His working style is solution-oriented and collaborative, ensuring that initiatives progress and objectives are achieved.

Panu has broad experience in driving large-scale transformations in various roles and responsibilities. Through steering group and executive team work, he has developed strong capabilities in both data-driven and strategic leadership. In addition, Panu has over 15 years of experience in board roles across associations, organisations, and sports.
