If you are unable to send e-invoices, we kindly ask you to send the invoices to the purchase invoice scanning service.

The invoice should be attached as a PDF file in the email. Only one invoice is allowed per email and its attachments. If the email contains other attachments in addition to the invoice, they will be added as attachments to the invoice. The maximum file size for attachments is 2 MB. After the submission, you will receive either an approval or rejection notification via email within 15 minutes of sending.

In order for the scanning service to correctly process your invoice, this billing address must be printed on the invoice itself, not just on the envelope. Please note that no other materials besides invoices should be sent to this billing address, meaning that addresses for announcements and marketing materials remain unchanged.
