Strategic Acquisition Assignment

Finnish B2B marketing company Luxid aimed to grow its business through a strategic acquisition in the United States. Luxid is headquartered in Finland, with offices in Helsinki and Turku. It also has offices in London (UK), Austin (Texas, USA), and now Dayton (Ohio, USA). For Luxid, the acquisition of TriComB2B marked a significant step toward its goal of becoming one of the world’s leading data-driven B2B marketing companies.

U.S. Legal Support from Helsinki

Luxid and TriComB2B had been discussing a potential collaboration for over a year. Employees from both companies had worked together on business opportunities, and leadership teams had been planning the future of the combined business for several months. Pine Law’s U.S. attorney Paul Herring, based in Helsinki, supported the acquisition by providing local legal advice related to the transaction.

Successful Closing of the Deal

The transaction was successfully closed in February 2025. As a result of the acquisition, a 160-person global agency was formed.
